I tried to design virus cells that look glitchy, which was an idea that Phil gave me. I looked at Wreck-It-Ralph for inspiration as Vanellope glitches throughout the film. I used simple shapes and then broke them apart, which makes them feel a lot more chaotic in my opinion.
As the virus has a few different stages, I would need a few different designs that work well together. To me 55 - 60 seem as if they could work quite nicely together.

Fantastic Voyage - Cell Thumbnails
I did some thumbnails for possible cell designs, as I am basing my animation inside a computer I wanted to create cells that could represent that. I was finding the parasite/virus cells difficult to design, as they need to look threatening and I felt as if I was making them too cute. However 34 looks as if it could be invading a system to me, as does 33 and 36.
I also thought about colour coding each cell, so the red blood cells could be blue, the liver cells could be green and the virus cells could be red for example.

The Artist's Toolkit - Tail Rig
I did the tail rigging tutorial today, the expressions editor seems as if it could be very useful in future rigs.
The Artist's Toolkit - Non Linear Deformers Tutorial
Today we did the non-linear deformers tutorial, there are some interesting deformers that could be very useful when animating.
The Artist's Toolkit - Can Exchange Tutorial
Today we did the can exchange tutorial, Locators are something that look like the could be very useful.

Fantastic Voyage - Explorational Thumbnails
I started to think about what a computer virus world would look like, It's still an early concept however I quite like the idea of the cells shattering which carries on spreading the infection. I think the sporozoites are something that I need to re design, I tried to keep them true to their original shape however I feel as if it may look odd in this abstract world.
